Jim has over 30 years experience in Information Technology and Operations, including his present position as the co-founder and CEO of HST. Jim authored HST's cutting edge Reconciler™ software used by Integrated Healthcare, LLC, giving members single-point, web based access to healthcare spending accounts, claims data plus educational wellness tools. He has spent 24 years in executive level management positions, including holding the offices of former President and CEO of Smart Chip Technologies, Inc and Chief Information Officer of PacifiCare Health Systems. Jim has a solid background in financial services and healthcare administration, working with mostly Fortune 100 Companies.
